Here Is a wonderful email showing a nice cruiser installation and very useful feedback from Robin Bruce, a 76 year old ZBox rider:
Ok here is the finished project.
Could not hold camera in hand while I was riding it so have none while it is going.
One fault i have found that if you don't empty out Carby when finished riding makes it hard to start after a week or so with plenty of oil in the mixture after the petrol evaporates out so i reckon i might put an easier screw there to let the petrol out of Carby easier than that phillips head screw.
I have now run it out of petrol while riding and putting away in shed until required again.
Yours Robin bye the way i am not a teenager hit 76 about 8 months ago and needed the bike riding to get leg up to strength after new knee 7 months ago got stuck to far away from home one day and nearly killed myself getting home against a brutal head wind so decided to put motor to assist me if i got stuck again; had to change the bike I had a U beaut i off road bike that i could not fit motor to so bought the one you had on your. instruction sheet
Ok hope you like Yours Robin

QUESTIONS ABOUT ENGINE SIZE?
There are 2 basic engine sizes available in Australia; 48cc (40mm bore x 38mm stroke) and 66cc (47mm bore x 38mm stroke). The 48cc is sold as a 48cc but the 66cc is most commonly sold as an 80cc. Honest dealers prefer to sell the 66cc as a 66cc.
80cc ENGINE KITS ARE NOT MADE - WHAT YOU ARE BUYING IS 66cc ENGINE KIT. IF A GENUINE 80cc ENGINE EVER BECOMES AVAILABLE - WE WILL SELL IT IF IT DOESN'T TEAR THE SPOKES OUT.
Confused? To help you make sense of it and to know what you are actually buying, use the following formula to calculate the correct engine capacity:
The volume of a cylinder is calculated by multiplying the area of the bore of the cylinder by the stroke. The bore area is calculated as follows:
Bore Area = Bore x Bore x pi / 4. (pi has a value of 3.14159)
Normally you measure engine volume in cubic centimetres although engine dimensions are often shown in millimetres. You need to convert any measurements into centimetres before starting the calculations.
Bore area is therefore 4.7 x 4.7 x 3.14159 / 4 = 17.34 square cm.
Cubic capacity is 17.34(bore area) x 3.8(stroke) = 66cc
It pays to check the bore and stroke of the engine before you buy.
